Here is our fundraiser “information sheet”. It will give you all the information you need and material to present to others.
If you choose to work with our fundraiser after this, we will then send you the “program package” in our next email which will include a fundraiser sheet to help you and our totals sheet that you send to us at the end of your program. There is also an excel program for calculating your profit if you want.
Your group name will need to be in the subject line of emails for us to track your group among the many others we work with. Also we will need to know the start and finish of your program so that we can build up some inventory for your group so you don’t need to wait long for your order.
The product is hardy and handles the heat fairly well. But we ask that the product remain refrigerated until you distribute the product as heat does affect shelf life. It will take up to one week to get your order together for pick up after returning the total order form.
The pricing is based on pickup only. If delivery is required, we use a refrigerated trucking company and this cost will be added. But we highly recommend finding a way to pick up the order.
