Due to extreme volume for our curbside service, we are fulfilling orders approximately two business days from receipt of your order (first come, first serve).
Online orders are a minimum $50. For smaller orders, or if you need something sooner, please cancel your order and come into the store following our safety protocols - one shopper per family, maximum six customers in the store at one time. We are open regular store hours.
For curbside orders, we will honour any in-store sale prices as on the day of pick up. Due to our POS system, and the length of time to process curbside orders, we're not always able to honour sale prices as on the day of order. Please come into the store to ensure you receive that week's sale pricing. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We will contact you to let you know when your order will be ready for pick up. On the day of pick up we will provide a total amount and ask for your credit card over the phone. Please do not email credit card information for security reasons.
(If you are having difficulties with Excel, please make sure that you click on 'Enable Editing' at the top of the file which will allow you to add information. We are asking you only send the order form in Excel format as it helps us process the order faster.)
At the date and time you’ve been given for pick up, pull up to one of the parking spots at the double doors on the side of the building, call us at (519) 699-4590 ext. 233, and let us know what number spot you are in. We will bring out your order and place in your trunk.
If you are unable to come for any reason at the time provided please let us know. Your order is stored safely but the quality of fresh products will diminish over time.
