½ LB Butter (softened)
2 Tbsp Stemmler’s Smokin Good Sauce
2 Sprigs Fresh Thyme Leaves (chopped, no stalks)
¼ Tsp Garlic Powder
½ Tsp Sea Salt
¼ Tsp Pepper
Makes approx 1 Cup (prep time - 5 min)
1. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the rest of the ingredients. Line a molded dish with plastic wrap and scrape in the soft butter with a spatula. Press it down to fill the dish then cover with wrap again. Refrigerate until you're ready to use it.
