2 Tbsp Stemmler’s Smokin Good Sauce
1 Tsp Anchovy Paste
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
2 Large Eggs
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed)
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
½ Cup Canola Oil
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
Sea Salt & Pepper
Makes approx 1 Cup (prep time - 5 min)
1. In a bowl, whisk all ingredients, except the oils and cheese, then combine together. While continuously whisking, slowly pour in the two oils, making sure they emulsify with the mixture. Once everything has been incorporated, fold in the cheese. The dressing will keep, refrigerated, for one week.
Note: To simplify this recipe, use one cup of your favorite caesar dressing and mix in two tablespoons of Stemmler’s Smokin Good Sauce.1.
