1 Cup Sour Cream (for dip only)
½ Cup Melted Butter
¼ Cup Hot Sauce
¼ Cup Stemmler’s Smokin Good Sauce
2 Tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
2 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
To Taste - Sea Salt/Pepper
Makes 500ml (Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes Chill time: 2 hours)
1. Melt butter in a pan then add garlic. Cook for 2 minutes then turn heat down to low, stirring in all the rest of the ingredients for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, set aside 2 tbsp of this mixture, then discard the thyme. Let cool.
2. Toss the cooked wings with the sauce and bake another 5 minutes.
3. For the dip, in a bowl, mix the sour cream, 1 tbsp of the Smokin Good Sauce, the remaining mixture, and salt & pepper. Stir and combine, chill further then serve with carrot & celery sticks as well as your delicious wings.
