Pre-heat oven to 325 F.
Pour a very small amount of water over the stuffed ribs, and keep about a ½ inch of water in the bottom of the pan while cooking. To add more flavor substitute the water for chicken stock or wine.
Cover and bake for approx. 2 ½ hours. Until the meat is tender and the bones can be removed/pulled out easily.
Don’t forget to remove the band that is holding the roll together. Enjoy!
